Data controller
The data controller is the TrackIt team, reachable at hello@trackit.example.
What data we process
When you enter a tracking number, we forward it to the matching carrier to retrieve the status. We do not permanently store tracking numbers.
To provide the website, technically necessary data such as IP address and timestamp are processed temporarily.
Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR to deliver the service and our legitimate interest in secure operation.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact hello@trackit.example.
Retention
Technical log data is deleted automatically after a short period. No permanent profiling takes place.
